Bangkok School of Management Admission Requirements and Process Please use this checklist as a guide in completing the admissions process for the Certificate Program. Admission Process 1. Application Form: Fill in the application form and provide: a. High school diploma b. Copy of ID card or Passport c. Photos d. Transcripts (in case of transfer credits) 2. Exam Date: Reserve your examination date. 3. Placement Tests: Take the BSM Placement test a. English b. Mathematics 4. Acceptance Letter: Wait for the acceptance letter (Students who fail the exam are required to take the Academic English or Fundamentals of Mathematics course). 5. Registration Form: Fill in the registration form. 6. Payment: Make your tuition payment. a. The school will provide students with the payment information. b. Tuition fee can be paid by: 1. Cash 2. Bank transfer 3. Credit card c. Students are advised to keep the payment slip as a reference. 7. Apply for Student Visa: (International students only) Students are required to complete: a. Personal History Check Form b. Deposit Payment Form c. Provide all documents related documents as mentioned

Bangkok School of Management Visa Processes 1. Scan and send the following documents to [email protected] 1.1. A copy of Passport (all pages containing stamps from past travels) 1.2. A copy of Transcript and/or Certificate (if not in English, have it translated and verified) Note: Name, Surname and Middle name in the transcript/certificate must be the same as in the passport. 1.3. Eight (8) recent photographs (size: 4x6 cm) 1.4. Completed Personal History Check (form enclosed in the page 2) 1.5. Criminal Record Check for students from the countries listed below* 2. We will then submit your application to Ministry of Education, Thailand (MOE) along with all supporting documents (as stated above). 3. Within one to two weeks, the MOE will issue an approval letter on your name. This approval letter is an important document to submit when you apply for a NonImmigrant Education Visa in the Embassy of The Kingdom of Thailand in your respective country. 4. The application for the Non-Immigrant Education Visa can only be submitted at the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate outside of Thailand, preferably, but not limited to, the one in your own country. 5. The Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate outside of Thailand will then issue a 90-Day Non-Immigrant Education Visa, which is renewable upon expiry, in Thailand itself. 6. The Non-Immigrant Education Visa allows you to be a student in Thailand. However, this visa does not allow you to work in the country. 7. The 90-Day Non-Immigration Education Visa is a renewable visa. The visa extension is done at the Chaeng Wattana Immigration Bureau, and would cost 1,900 Baht per time.
Note: Students who hold a student visa and wish to study at BSM could get their tourist visa changed into a Non-Immigrant Education visa, outside of Thailand, in neighboring countries such as Laos, Vietnam and Malaysia. However, students from China, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Middle East countries must apply for the Non-Immigrant Education Visa in your own respective countries, from the local Thai Embassy or Consulate.
