1. Approve December 2012 minutes- Minutes approved unanimous
2. Remaining Board Positions Available - Held Over -VP Majors - Possible Candidate= Mike Proctor -VP Midgets
3. Tournament Committee - Tracey PG +New Process for interviewing. +Interviewed John H and Jason C. Motion to approve John as head coach and Jason as assistant coach. Vote: unanimous approval. +Name and color change discussion. +Next year tryouts for all age groups. +System in place so that every year the tryouts happen. +Vote to keep the name of Rebel Elite for A program. Unanimous approval. +Human Race Rebel Walk - May 11, 2013 reserved schedule no games.
Colleen to price and research a lockable flyer cage for M.
+Tryouts for A this Saturday. +A to play +/- 17 tournaments +$150 per girl sign up fee with $80 monthly dues.

4. Apparel -New Jersey Proposal-Stacy to return with some info on mesh/Cotton is still on the table -New Logo Discussion: Continue to Discuss. Logo change is a long term decision. Informal apparel committee formed to discuss further. Stacy (Chair), Matthew, Tracey, Jason C, Angie. 5. Keys for Field Committee members - was approved previously and reconfirmed. Lights lockbox needs to be moved to inside a conex 6. Keys for Snackbar Deliveries - Scott W has keys for Colleen 7. Fundraising Update - Celestina. -Friday April 12, 2013 pasta feed and picture night. We have the room from 3:00ish to 10ish. Community Center reserved. Pasta King secured. MVP scheduled. -bakesale and raffles will be present at Picture Night / Pasta Feed. -Fireworks tickets out picture night. Picture delivery upon receipt of entire team fireworks tix. -Confirmed that we are doing the Golf Tourney again. At end of season. -Voted on sponsors collected to date: Unanimous Approval. -Assignments for contacting past sponsors made. 8. Finance Update -Financial Report

Coaches Clinic - Scott W. -Saturday Jan 26, 2013 -First Aid -Safety Manual Discussion 13. Out of RP travel ball players (Requirements) - Discussion. Players need to play rec. 14. Equipment Swap: Brian R. - Opening Day Scheduled for Swap 15. Dave Bickell Possible Retirement - Opening Day Recognition - Held Over 16.
