1. October Meeting Minutes Approved
2. Coach Trisha McCormick, SSU, to address the Board: Introduced coaching staff of SSU Softball. SSU has camps and private lessons but want to have more connections with RPGSA. Requesting to spread the word regarding camps and events. Retention is important and SSU wants to keep the girls coming back. SSU would like to have some RPGSA one day clinics (3 hour). SSU would charge a flat rate and RPGSA could price the camp according to our mission or agenda. SSU would need an approximate cap number so they have the right number of coaches. SSU would like to give us priority of dates for the RPGSA one day camp. Another option for lessons are sessions like catcher, pitcher or batting sessions. Venue is negotiable as SSU charges the SSU coaches for field use. SSU would also be interested in having RPGSA girls as bat girls as a raffle give away or similar. Dates to consider for camps: Jan 6, Jan 26 and 27, Feb 2 and 3 and March 3, 2013. Home games for SSU: Feb 15 and 16, March 1 and 2, March 8 and 9, April 19 and 20, 2013. Clinic coming up this month and next. SSU is also willing to staff a coaching clinic. Likely it would be about 30 coaches and around February. SSU would need to know our budget. SSU would also like to know what we want taught to the coaches. RPGSA requested to hold February 2 and 3, 2013 for a coaches clinic.

4. Committee Updates: -Fundraising Chair = Celestina Buckley - Update carried over -Finance Chair = Scott LaFrancois - Has not met but will try to meet tonight -Bylaws Chair = Jason Cummesky - Update carried over -Fields Chair = Fred Cincera - Met and discussed: Electricity to Conex, inventory tools, improve drainage, improve watering system, E needs a way to drag, will need more red clay, need to wait to do too much to the fields until RP decides what their improvement plan will be, improve conex storage (shelves), bullpens, need to get the budget set for the year for cost of improvements. -Doc Chair = Jared Pratt - Met with Reg committee. Another meeting is needed to streamline the documentation retention. We should create a vendor list to purchase from the same businesses so we know where to go next year. Jared P to create a vendor list after receiving requested information from committees and Board members. -Opening Day Chair = Celestina B and Angie P - More discussion in December -Registration Chair = Angie Proctor -All coaches need ASA approval prior to field access. All coaches need to send ASA number to Angie P. Coaches need to have badges on them. VP need to make sure coaches have ASA cert. Games will be forfeited if coaches don't have ASA cert. -Size charts for uniforms to make online registration easier. -Having issues collecting rec / travel ball payments. Need to be diligent in collecting money from the players. -Scholarship Families & Volunteer Hours - need to keep track of hours worked by high school kids working for community service hours. Need to track scholarship families for their volunteer hours. -Would like to have an FAQ for online registration. If anyone has questions that would keep someone from registration online, email Scott W. -Registration will be at the RP rec center and will be held with Cal Ripken. -Dates: Registration dates will be set at December meeting. Skills assessments Rookies and Minors Feb 2 with makeups Feb 4 and 5. Feb 6 is Draft. Assessment and draft for Majors TBD.Feb 9 practice starts. March 9 opening day.

Chair = Tracey PG - Discussed coaches clinic and bringing in a lot of local coaching talent. Discussed last years clinic. Discussed concessions with Colleen for tournaments. Want to host more A tournaments (April, June and August). Discussed color changes and logo for Rebels. Discussed fall ball. Need to get fall ball information out early. Fall ball needs better organization and notice for next year.
5. Bathroom and Snack Bar Upgrades: Carried over to December. Look to a paid contractor to get this done well. 6. T-Shirt / Sweatshirt Rebel Classic: Carried over to December. 7. Conex Box at Goode Co Update: Conex is rusted out in the bottom. Goode Co parking lot floods in the winter. Conex needs moved before the parking lot floods. 8. Sponsorship Letter Update: -Distribute via email within two weeks -Email vote 9. Lights at M Park for U10 Practice: Coaches have requested light access. Angie P to contact coaches and make arrangements. 10. New Business: SSU Camps and Coaches Clinic - Carried over to December Adjourned at 9:06 PM.
