This is the fourth annual Team Colorado and the fourth time we will play at the America’s High School Showcase. The America's Showcase was developed to provide the nation’s premier high school players an opportunity to be scouted by high-level programs so those players may further their hockey careers in prep school, juniors, college, and beyond. Our five days packed with over 50 competitive hockey games gives the scouts on-hand (and watching online) plenty of opportunities to recruit from the wealth of talent on the ice. The success of our event is ultimately measured by how many of those players are able to use America's Showcase as a springboard to a successful future in the upper echelon of hockey programs in North America. The America’s Showcase annually showcases 20 - 24 boys' high school teams from across the United States representing 43 States. The teams are made up of high school juniors and seniors who will compete and showcase their talents to scouts from every major hockey institution in the country; including the USHL, NAHL, Tier 3 Junior Leagues, ACHL, NCAA, etc. The purpose of this prestigious event remains the same. It is designed to allow junior and senior high school hockey players from around the country, who do not traditionally get scouted due to geographic and budgetary constraints within the scouting circles, the opportunity to compete against the best of the best during a five-day period and be seen by every major hockey institution in North America. Practices: We will have 4 to 5 practices in March and April Cost: $600.00 plus airfare Includes: hotel, Team Colorado jacket, Team Colorado jersey/Socks, and practice ice, breakfast, transportation, team dinners, and player profiles. A team activity will also be included in Pittsburgh. Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree
Flight Information: We will look into Flight information in January and February. We will find a couple of flights so players and coaches travel together.
