Urease Inhibition: The protective coating on BushelMaxx Pro-Tech N helps prevent against the conversion of urea nitrogen to ammonia gas, which can be lost into the atmosphere. This is known as volatilization. It does so by protecting the nitrogen against urease enzyme activity.
