Bracts become papery Cones become lighter (squeeze your cones!) No grassy or alfalfa type smell to crushed cones Lupulins turn from white/white yellow to golden Dry matter content up to 20 – 25% as cones loose moisture (squeeze your cones!)

Typically, have a 10 day harvest window. Harvest can start mid to late August to early September depending on seasonlong weather condition. The hotter the summer the earlier the harvest (depending on pruning and training times) Send sample for Brewer’s test, Alpha, Beta & H.S.I.
