Noise, dust, vibration Heavy equipment and back up alarms Flood lights Saw cutting of concrete and asphalt Excavation and installation of manholes in crosswalks of Cahill and Montgomery Excavation and installation of storm drain & connect to manholes located in crosswalks Abandon original storm drain Restoration of affected area Trench will be plated when crews are not working
Traffic Impacts
Lane closures, bus stop relocation, and traffic detours affecting westbound traffic will occur overnight on dates specified above and re-open 7am. o Stage 2: Westbound traffic will be detoured right onto Cahill, left onto San Fernando, left onto Autumn, returning to Santa Clara St. Signal operations at Cahill and Montgomery will be will be set on recall starting on June 1 through late June (vs. vehicle loop detection). Police support will be provided at all stages during construction hours 7pm-5am.
Bus Stop Impacts
Stage 1 – Eastbound bus stop will relocate east on W. Santa Clara Street between Montgomery and Autumn. Stage 2 – Eastbound bus stop will relocate west onto Cahill.
