Course description: The route is a 24 mile loop comprised of two sizable climbs near the beginning and end of the loop, fast flat sections as well as rollers in scenic northwest Arkansas. The number of laps is dependent upon the category and is listed in the payout chart below.
Directions: Lincoln, AR is located along Highway 62, west of Fayetteville (Exit 62 from I-49) I-40) approx 17 miles. Once
reaching Lincoln, turn north onto N West Ave for approx a ½ mile. Turn right onto E School St. Follow School St. for approx a ¼ mile to the Lincoln High School. Parking, restrooms, registration, and the start/finish line will all be located here.
Registration: Registration is available online through USAC and will be discounted until 1 week prior (midnight of June 28th) $10. Early registration is $40 ($15 for juniors), less than 1 week and day-of will be $50 ($20 for juniors). One-day race licenses will be available for purchase at registration for $15.
General Rules: All 2014 USAC rules are in effect. Valid and current USAC license must be presented at registration.
Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times and modify prize lists as necessary. Event will be held rain or shine. Helmets must be worn on the bike at all times. All numbers supplied by the promoter must be used. No folding or cutting of numbers is allowed. See example at registration for specific placement. Junior riders must use gearing as per USAC regulations. The yellow line rule will be strictly enforced. Ultimately, it is the riders' responsibility to know the course!
Neutral Feed Zone: A neutral feed zone will be located at the top of the climb on Wedington Blacktop (County Road 33). See map on page 2 for details.
Junior Development: The Arkansas State Road Race is part of the USA Cycling Road Race Developement Series (RDRS). RDRS is designed to encourage junior and espoir-aged racing while identifying potential talent for the USAC regional talent ID camps and national development program.
Arkansas State Championship Guidlines: To be eligible for Arkansas State Championship Awards, you must hold or
purchase an annual USAC road license and be a resident of the State of Arkansas. Racers must compete in their respective age category and/or gender category to be eligible for state awards. Example, a 47 year old can't race in the 40-44 event or female Cat3 can't race in the Men Cat4 race Riders can chooose to ride outside of their respective age category, but will not be considered for the state championship. .

As part of the Junior Devo Race Series, seperate medals will be provided for 1st-3rd for the following categories by USAC: Jr Men 10-12, Jr Men 13-14, Jr Men 15-16, Jr Men 17-18, Jr Women 10-12, Jr Women 13-14, Jr Women 15-16, Jr Women 17-18.
