So many good things are happening at Arley, the biggest question is where do we begin telling about them? Our investment in 20 new trucks for our company’s fleet has paid off so well, so quickly, that we decided to make that our cover story in this issue of the Arley Report.

But, there is so much more to talk about. The Arley App usage continues to grow dramatically. Right now, we have over 300 customers using our App on a regular basis. We keep adding new products to it, as well. Most recently, the spectacular new Bostik grouts were added, and the response has been great. We’re ready to launch a dedicated tractor-trailer run to Pittsburgh and nearby Ohio that will including sundry items in addition to tile. It’s been so well-received primarily due to its having no Internet competition. Keep your eyes open to see more great revenue driving programs with Qualis at center stage. We’re open for your suggestions regarding ways to make Qualis even more success for us all, as well. We’re focused on helping bring the indoors outdoors, and offering our clientele an exquisite line of 2 cm thick pavers will get them just as focused, too. Patios, walkways, decks and more... can now be extensions of end-users’ indoor designs. Now you can sell them tile for their dens... and matching material for their adjacent outdoor patios. Tiles as textiles. This was new, and I was wowed by the almost tactile quality of dead ringers for tartans and tweeds. Tactile, too, was the theme of dimensionality. Begging to be touched were tiles that seemed to jump off the wall. Glitter and gold sparkled. All around, the ceramic tile industry is upping its glam game.

Not only can an installation have a true monolithic “look” due to little or no grout lines due to the immense size of these materials, but in some cases, especially for guestroom baths in major hotel renovations, existing tile does not have to be removed. This 6 mm thick material, but can be installed right over it, saving time and energy, minimizing or totally eliminating dust, debris, overall messiness and noise caused due to major demolition work.
