As prime consultant, SWA Group led a group of architects and engineers in this on-site, charrettebased process to develop a master plan defining facilities and site development improvements needed to enhance the Nature Center’s capability to educate the public about its rare and vanishing ecosystems. The planning process and plan focused on sustainability and the preservation and enhancement of the existing landscape and the ability of people to interact with it without disruption.
