Preparation 1. In a pot, heat oil. Saute onions, roasted garlic, ginger and sole/dory fillet. Add glutinous rice, fish broth and stir vigourously until its cooked. Season with Knorr Rostip and black pepper. 2. Garnish with chopped spring onions and chicharon on top. Serve hot.
