Proper measuring and mixing techniques Fermenting, shaping, proofing, egg washing Baking, cooling, and storing for quality
Participants will take home golden raisin and walnut bread dough to bake or freeze, and can sample some in class. PLUS make and take home yummy soft butter rolls!
