ASAP Poke

CUISINE ASAP Poke is a carryout and delivery only restaurant in Chicago's Lincoln Park that was born out of a single idea: to bring the freshest, sushi-quality fish coupled with seasonal ingredients, as fast as possible. ASAP Poke is a collaboration between Chef Tim Hockett (M Burger, Nacional 27 and Tallboy Taco), Naoki Sushi’s Chef Naoki Nakashima, and Chef Hisanobu Osaka. All three chefs contribute different flavors and influences to ASAP Poke’s menu. The menu honors the island tradition of sushi-quality fish and seasonal products. Choose from the signature poke bowls and rolls or hand-craft your own from an extensive list of ingredients, seasonal toppings and housemade sauces.
