ASFMRA Installs New Leadership Glendale, CO - November 17, 2017 - The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers® (ASFMRA®) announce the installation of their new District Vice Presidents for 2017-2018. New ASFMRA District Vice Presidents include Randall Kyles, ARA from Enterprise, AL; Paul T. Reisch, ARA from Watertown, SD and Mark J. Peterson, AFM, ARA, AAC from Clovis, CA. Randall Kyles, ARA is a native of southeast Alabama and is a State Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Alabama. He is a graduate of Troy State University with a B.S. in Finance. He is currently a Principle Appraiser with First South Farm Credit and has held that position since 2003. His work experience includes poultry, timber, recreation, rural residential and various agriculture properties. He has served in multiple roles in the Alabama ASFMRA Chapter, including the current role of President. Paul T. Reisch, ARA with Farm Credit Services of America specializes in appraising highly improved livestock facilities, irrigated farms and residential acreages in central and northeast South Dakota. Reisch holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from South Dakota State University and has been involved in various leadership roles with the South Dakota Chapter since 1998 including President, Vice President, Membership Chair, Newsletter Editor and Secretary. Mark J. Peterson, AFM, ARA, AAC with Kefa Capital, Inc. is responsible for agricultural real estate sales, loan brokerage, financial management and operations for Kefa Capital, Inc. Peterson’s clientele are primarily located in California, however Peterson does serve clients throughout the United State as well as internationally. Peterson holds a BS from Purdue University, majoring in Business and Farm Management and has been involved in the California Chapter serving in various roles, including President, since 1999. David W. GaNun, ARA of Farm Credit East of Lebanon, New Jersey was also installed as President. Serving as President-Elect is Tim Fevold, AFM of Hertz Farm Management, Inc. of Nevada, Iowa and Paul Moore, ARA, RPRA of Paul Moore Appraisal Service, LLC in Versailles, Kentucky moved into the role of First Vice President of ASFMRA. Michael J. Krause, AFM of Hertz Farm Management in Omaha, Nebraska will serve as the Immediate Past President. Previously installed ASFMRA District Vice Presidents include Gregory L. Snyder, ARA; Douglas K. Hodge, ARA; Terry L. Kestner, ARA, RPRA; and Jerry R. Juhnke, ARA, PRPA. Jack Davis serves as Academic Vice President and Brian W. Field, ARA and Jeffrey A. Hignight, ARA serve as Young Professional Network Vice Presidents of Appraisal and Farm Management respectively.
