C: Student Teacher’s relationship: As the centres are for pre-Primary level, the students are between the age group 0f 2.5 to 5 years. So the teachers never create any pressure to the children to read and write. Rather the children are taught through learning materials, side by side they are taught to recite rhymes, sing song and to tell stories. After the School hours the teachers do home visit and consult with the guardians and advice about the progress of the student and about the health and hygiene. They also advice them about the proper care of pregnant and lactating mothers and children. They advice them to take immunization timely. In this way they have built a good relationship with the community people.
D: Comments on Teaching Learning Materials application: The TLM have been divided into four types according to subject. No. 1, for primary works, these are used for physical and social development of the children. Type 2 are used for the development of the sense organ, Type 3 are for learn language and type 4 are for learn mathematics. At first the teacher shows the children how to use the materials then the children themselves use the materials. The teacher observes and guide in need. In the guardians meeting the teachers display the TLM and discuss with the guardians about the use of the Teaching Learning Material’s and how the children can get ability to go to the primary stage without the use of books.

J: Comments on Community Participation: The villagers participate on different types of school works and various types of social celebrations. The teachers discuss with the guardian not only on study of the children but also the original rights like food and work. As the community belongs to very poor family they basically depend on daily labouring. They have to wander here and there in search of work to earn money for their livelihood. According to Govt. rule every family should get the 100 days work on NREGS scheme. So, the teachers try hard to grow the consciousness among the villagers to communicate with the Panchayet. The teachers always advice them if they get 100 days work their children will easily continue their study.
