The Vendor’s View It was the size and layout of the property that first drew us to the property. The convenient location for the train station (15 minute walk) and proximity to the coast (Hythe beach is 10 minute drive away), were certainly important aspects too. Having easy access to the motorway, without being able to hear it, was also another draw! The bungalow really is like a tardis; from the outside you would never guess how spacious it is. The incredibly large lounge is situated at the rear of the bungalow, which is a great for family gatherings and parties. Northfield is a great place for socialising, benefiting from its large spacious lounge and newly fitted kitchen/diner with built in appliances.
