What Clients Say:
This study is for you if you …
“Immensely impressive … much more detailed than other benchmarking studies.”
•
President, Major … “We got more than what we paid for, which is a pleasure to say. I would recommend this process to any company wanting to move from the ‘also ran class’ to ‘best in class’.” Operations Manager, Independent … “The study provided several opportunities to pursue, and a ‘value-add’ to implement operating cost reductions … it helped us to get good comparative data and to understand industry performance standards.” COO, Major … “The study was well worth the money and will pay for itself many times over.” Production Manager, Large Independent … “As a result [of using your Gulf of Mexico (Shelf) study], we have been able to dramatically improve our operational efficiencies and lower our costs.” Operations Manager, Independent
want to reduce Operating Costs and increase your production volumes through Reliability Analysis want comparative benchmarks for your oil or gas operations want to provide reliable information for asset teams to set specific, achievable production & operating cost targets are considering expanding your assets, especially through acquisitions.

Asia Pacific Operations Benchmarking Efficient, cost effective and reliable operations are especially important in SE Asia as early production matures, and many costs continue to rise. The first Asia Pacific project, completed in early 2008, was the largest OpEx and Uptime Reliability comparison of oil & gas fields ever undertaken in the region, both for onshore & offshore operations.

Ziff Energy was selected via a competitive bidding process from among a dozen international consultancies by a Major in the region who was the initial study sponsor. The study assessed upstream operations in 7 AP countries (Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam). Overall, the study evaluated operations with total Gas production of 6.4 Bcf/d and Oil production of 570 MBbl/d. The recently completed study focuses on Operating Costs and Reliability Performance. Your controllable costs and production uptime/reliability performance are evaluated for onshore and offshore assets including fixed & floating platforms. The initial analysis yields large benefits.
We invite you to join the 2nd Asia Pacific Operations Analysis and enhance your competitiveness.
