IMPORTANT: Unless a specific Business Period is requested, the initial order will be shipped after verification of payment. Every Business Period thereafter, orders will be generated on or about every 28 days from the date of your sign up, after verification of payment. This will create 13 shipments per calendar year, one in each four week Mannatech Business Period. Mannatech will recalculate your order total if inaccurate and make any necessary corrections.
Only one Automatic Order can be generated per account number in each Business Period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the event that you are an Associate purchasing as a consumer or for personal consumption the following terms will apply to you: 1. Please include payment details with your order. Payments by credit/debit card or Direct Debit are payments to Mannatech Swiss International GmbH. 2. Orders are subject to availability. We aim to deliver within 7–10 days, but we guarantee all deliveries within 30 days of your order. You will be charged for the total cost of the products plus delivery as set out overleaf in the delivery charges table. 3.
Your contract of sale is with Mannatech Swiss International GmbH.
4. By signing the Order Form, you authorise Mannatech to automatically charge your credit card for each product specified overleaf, plus shipping, handling and VAT. Credit cards may be charged up to two days prior to the shipping date. Mannatech may terminate this Agreement without notice if the credit card(s) to which an Associate has authorised charges becomes expired, cancelled, or charges declined by the bank issuing the card for any reason. 5. You will have an opportunity to examine and reject products you order from us after they have been delivered to you. Mannatech offers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee on all its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, you may cancel this Agreement by giving us notice within 90 days of receiving the products, then we will provide a refund to you. See Mannatech’s Policies and Prodecures for full details concerning the satifaction guarantee. 6.
If you cancel within 14 days after receipt of the products, your refund will include the delivery costs of sending the products to you (except for any supplementary delivery costs if you choose a delivery method which is more expensive than our standard delivery cost). If you cancel the Contract more than 14 days after receipt of the products but before 90 days have elapsed from you receiving the products, you will have to pay the delivery costs incurred by Mannatech in sending the products to you in the first place. Whether you cancel within 14 days after receipt of the products or more than 14 days after receipt of the products you will be responsible for

your costs in returning the products back to us; we will not refund you any costs of delivery or shipping. You have the legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. 7. Mannatech reserves the right to change the prices of any products in its product line, and to discontinue any products in its line, including those products selected as part of your order. We will contact you if we have discontinued any products in your order. Mannatech will not issue advance notice of discontinued products. VAT rates are subject to change without notice. 8. If you reject the products for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products, you must pay the cost of returning the products to us and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. If you reject the products because they are damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return of the products to us. 9. If the products are returned by you for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products and they have suffered any reduction in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you will be charged for that diminution in value and that charge will be deducted from your refund. 10. We will refund you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day you return the products to us. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, no refunds will be made in cash. We may withhold your refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. 11. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Those rights include your right to receive products which match their description or sample, are of satisfactory quality and are reasonably fit for purpose. 12. NOTICE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL Mannatech Swiss International GmbH, c/o Mannatech Limited, 85a Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY England hereby gives you the following notice of cancellation rights: You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to you without giving any reason by providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel to Mannatech. To meet the 14 day cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice to us before that cancellation period has expired. If you wish to cancel the contract you may use the form below if you want to but you do not have to. You may also change or cancel your order by contacting Customer Services by telephone 01235 441800 or by emailing [email protected].
Mannatech Data Protection and Privacy Policy 1.
Personal data: Mannatech Swiss International GmbH („Mannatech“) records the personal data given by you on the application form (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and if applicable, delivery address).

For the purposes announced in 2.1 and 2.2 Mannatech transfers your personal data to other companies within the Mannatech group. This also includes third-party service providers carrying out services for Mannatech. Some of the companies within the Mannatech group and the service providers are based in countries outside of the European Union whose regulations on personal data are different from the EU Regulations and may not provide a similar level of protection. By signing the application form you consent to the transfer of your data to these third parties for the above mentioned purposes. If you consent to receive information on offers and products by e-mail from your upline-Associates, you consent herewith to the transfer of your name and e-mail address to your upline-Associate for the stated purposes. If the agreement between your upline-Associate and Mannatech is terminated, Mannatech will transfer your data to your next upline-Associate.

Access to personal data: for questions regarding personal data and particularly about the data recorded by Mannatech about you, the recipients of this data, and the purpose of the processing you may request information from Mannatech free of charge by sending us an e-mail, specifying your name, to [email protected]

Revocation of consent: you can revoke your consent to the processing, use and transfer of your data by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. After receiving the e-mail Mannatech will not use the data for the purpose you indicate is objectionable.

Modification of the privacy policy: Mannatech may modify this privacy policy at any time through the publication of the modified provisions. The modified provisions will come into effect after their publication on the website. Ordering further products from Mannatech will be considered your acceptance of the modifications.
