Dear Sir/Madam, SUB: - “STATE SENIOR AQUATIC CHAMPIONSHIP – 2015”. 1.0 We are pleased to inform you that our Association will be conducting State Senior Aquatic Championship in Swimming, Diving and Water polo events for Men & Women from 9th to 11th October 2015. The Swimming events will be held at Pooja Aquatic Centre, Corporation Swimming Pool, Banashankari, and Bangalore from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The water polo events will be held at Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre, Bangalore – 4 from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon and the Diving events will be held at Jain International Residential School Campus, Kanakapura Taluk, Bangalore on 10th October 2015 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. During the above Meet, State Senior Team will be selected for the forthcoming 69th SENIOR NATIONAL AQUATIC CHAMPIONSHIP to be held at Rajkot from 28th September’15 to 1st November 2015.
2.0 A Copy of S.F.I. Circular is enclosed herewith for your reference regarding events and other details.
3.0 ELIGIBILITY TO COMPETE IN THE STATE SENIOR AQUATIC CHAMPIONSHIP :All Competitors who participate in the State Meet shall be registered Swimmers for the year 2015. Only those Clubs who have renewed their affiliation for the year 2015 are permitted to send their entries. Entry Fees of Rs. 75/- for Individual events, Rs. 200/- for Relay events and Rs. 500/- per Team for Water polo events shall be sent along with the Entry Forms. Defaulters will not be permitted to participate in the above meet. Entry Forms shall be neatly written giving the details of the names of the Competitors, the details of the events along with their timings. 4.0. DISCIPLINE DURING THE COMPETITION :Those Competitors who infringe the FINA Rules are liable for disqualification. Referee’s decision shall be the FINAL Swimming, Diving and Water polo events will be held in accordance with latest FINA Rules. Swimming events will be conducted with “ONE START”.
5.0. ENTRIES :Entries must reach the Hon’ Secretary, K.S.A. along with the Entry Fees on ‘or’ before 30th September 2015. A Swimmer is permitted to enter for maximum of FIVE Individual events and Relay events.
All races will be conducted only on TIME TRIALS basis. Hence, Clubs are requested to send proper timings of their Swimmers to seed them properly. NOTE: – Late entries and entries on deck will not be accepted under any circumstances. All Clubs are required to send the entries before the Last Date to enable us to draw up the Heats in advance for the smooth conduct of the Meet. 6.0
RELAY SELECTION TRIALS :- In view of the limited entries for Swimmers, separate Relay Selection Trials will be conducted along with the respective events of 100 m. FS, 200 m. FS, 100 m. BK., 100 m. BR., & 100 m. Butterfly events. Selection Trials are only for those Swimmers not taking part in the above events in the State Championship.

GUIDELINES FOR THE SELECTION OF THE STATE TEAM FOR SENIOR NATIONALS :1. Selection is based on S.F.I. Qualifying Timings. 2. For Relay Team, the Best four Swimmers in all 100 m. and 200 m. events will be selected. 3. Selection Committee’s Recommendations is FINAL in selecting the State Team. Dear Sir, SUB: - “SENIOR STATE AQUATIC CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2015” We are pleased to inform you that our Executive Committee has decided to conduct this year’s Senior State Aquatic Championship in Swimming event at your swimming pool from 9th to 11th October 2015 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all the above dates. During this meet, State Senior Team will be selected for the forthcoming 69th Senior National Aquatic Championships to be held at RAJKOT (Gujarat) from 28th October to 1st November 2015. Hence, we request your goodself to kindly Spare us your Swimming Pool facilities from 9th October to 11th October 2015 with all the infrastructure and pool staff to enable us to conduct the above State Championship successfully.
