Step 1 — Battery 

Lay device on a flat surface with battery facing up.



Locate latch below battery and push right.

Battery should release upwards. Pull battery out.

Step 4 — RAM



Lay laptop on flat surface with the underside facing up. Unscrew the back panel.

Slide back panel out and remove.

Step 6



Place thumbs on the locking tabs of both sides of the RAM stick and push outwards to unlock.

RAM should pop up at about 45 degrees. Pull outwards with fingers on the side of the RAM to remove.
