This month we'll be sending out some new bills to go along with new software the city will be using for utility billing. We have done some extensive work to ensure there are no mistakes, so please look over your bill and let us know if you find any errors so we may correct them in a timely manner. You can contact us at 503-668-7449. The main change that is different from your past billing will be a new account number. Please notice that the new account number will be eight digits in this order 00-0000-00. You can find it on the upper right-hand corner of your bill. If you pay online through your bank please change this account number so you may be credited properly. Customers who have signed up for auto pay will still be in effect, the bank account information has transferred over. We are also working on a new website for online payments. The current website will be shut down on the morning of October 15th and the new site will be available on October 26th. As this may cause some inconvenience, we do have other ways to pay your utility bill through this transition - mail, call with a debit or credit card (503-668-7449), drop box located in front of City Hall, or at the Utility front desk. We thank you for your patience and we will strive to make this process as seamless as possible. The Trick-or-Treat Trail returns to downtown Sandy on Saturday, October 24th from 2 to 5pm.
