Immaculate Conception Grade School Athletics ICGS Athletic Registration Tutorial

2016-17 School-Year A. B. C. D.

Go to ICGS Website under ‘ATHLETICS’, click ‘Schedules/Registrations’. Along the top bar, click ‘Registration’. New Registrants must log-in. Click ‘Begin Registration’ on right panel.

Step 1:

Choose Sport.  Only one sport can be registered at a time.

Step 2:

Select Participant o New participant o Previously registered participant.  When registering, insert either the student’s cell phone or parent cell phone under the ‘Student Cell Phone’ requirement.  Only one sport can be registered at a time.

Step 3:

Roster Details – t-shirt size; height, etc.

Primary Parent / Guardian Information

Physical Forms  Every student-athlete must have a current school year physical on file in order to participate in ICGS Athletics. o Students in grades 5, 7, 8 can submit a Sport Physical (condensed physical performed by a physician). o Students in grade 6 must submit a complete physical.  ALL physicals forms must be handed in to the school office before sport season begins.

Step 6:

Legal Forms – MUST ‘check’ both boxes. o ICGS Athletic Handbook – ** MUST check both ‘Parent’ and ‘Student’ boxes. o ICGS Athletic Participation Consent form

Step 7:

Registration Summary  Here it will state whether there exists a fee payment requirement. Fee payment is required for only registrations of upcoming seasonal sports.  We recommend you register student(s) for ALL sports they intend to participate in a school year (fall-winter-spring). Only the upcoming sport will have a fee requirement at the time of registration. All other sports will be paid at the time of sport (ie. spring track will be paid in the spring).

Step 8:

Go back and Register each child for each sport for the 2016-17 school year.
