Modifying Team Pages

2.1

Standard Page Layout and Restricted Areas

There is an established standard template format that all of the team pages follow to maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the athletic site. The template organizes and presents information in a visual hierarchy that is consistent throughout the site, usable, accessible and logical to the everyday site visitor. This standard must be adhered to by those that have administrative access rights to modify pages. Modifications made outside of the standard template parameters can result in costly and time consuming changes on the back-end which may result in administrative rights being taken away or restricted, as well as charges for design modifications back to the district. Any design modifications the standard template require approval and agreement of the District Athletic Director and NAS. Below is a diagram of the standard template that all team pages should follow and the restricted areas that are not to be modified:

The items highlighted in the shaded boxes below are not to be modified, removed or replaced except by NAS*

Left Navigation Bar locked and can only be modified by NAS

Top, Center and Right Side Column - Restricted area in the outlined section - No items can be inserted, modified or moved in this area except by NAS - *Only Contact info for the school can be modified if personnel changes.
