Athletic physicals will be offered one time this year at Fenton High School for your convenience. If your son or daughter plans to participate in athletics in the 20172018 school year, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. The Illinois High School Association requires physicals for all students who choose to participate in athletics. Dr. Michael Fragan, will head up the group administering the physicals. Physicals are on Friday, August 4th as follows: 8:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. Sophomore—Seniors only The cost for the physical will be $35. Please make checks payable to Fenton High School. Physical examination cards will be available the day of the physical. The medical history section should be completed, signed and returned to the athletic office ASAP. Please note: This physical does not meet the requirements for all students entering ninth grade. Ninth graders that have had a physical for school do not need an additional athletic physical. ä Physical examinations done by your personal physician must be validated by a doctor’s office stamp and signature.
