There will be a league meeting on February 10 at 6:00pm. 3. Bowling will begin each Sunday night at 6:30pm, with the first 10 minutes being practice time. Actual team bowling will begin at 6:40pm. 4. We receive practice cards (3 games per person; good for one week) every week. If additional games are desired, league members will be able to bowl additional practice games at $2.00 per game, except on Friday or Saturday nights. 5. We receive a mid-season league pizza night, and a gift card ($25.00) or choice of merchandise (bowling ball or bowling shoes) at the end of the season. If you want to upgrade to another style of ball or shoes, each member will be provide a $25 credit to go towards the upgrade. 6. The cost is $15 per week, a portion of which will be donated to The IAAP Foundation, a nonprofit organization. 7. Each team consists of 4 people with preferably at least 1 male or 1 female on each team but it is not required. a. You may have more than 4 people on a team; however, only 4 can bowl on league night. 8. Each team will elect a Team Captain on or before the first night of bowling. Please indicate who will be your Team Captain by listing a * next to the person's name on the payment envelope that you will receive on the first night. The Team Captain is responsible for collecting the bowling fees each night and turning the envelope in on time. You must record each team member's fee paid and deliver those fees to the Treasurer of the league by the end of the first game. 9. If the payment envelope is not received by the end of the first game, you will not receive your practice card and you will need to hold the money until the following week for it to be counted. 10. Please ensure that your payment is listed on the correct line. Correct line includes entering the correct amount paid and listing the amount on the week you are paying (which is not necessarily the week you are paying for). Example: you did not pay week 2 but are paying up week 3, you will list $30 on week 3, NOT $15 on week 2 and $15 on week 3. 11. You cannot order a gift unless your payments are up-to-date. 12. You cannot be more than 2 weeks behind in paying your fees. You will not be allowed to bowl until you are paid up, and your score will not count for the team.

13. You are responsible for fee payment whether or not you are there to bowl. If you have a substitute bowler in your place, you are responsible for making sure the fees are paid by the substitute bowler in lieu of your payment. 14. In the rare event that 300 Atlanta has a buyout of the property, the league will be pushed back one week in the schedule. 15. We do allow Post-Bowling and Pre-Bowling. Post-Bowling means that you can bowl for the games you missed after the scheduled night of bowling. We allow you one week to get the postbowling completed. Pre-Bowling means that if you know you are not going to be able to bowl on the scheduled night, you may bowl the games prior to the scheduled night. Please note that if you have a substitute to bowl in your place, you cannot post-bowl or pre-bowl for those nights the substitute bowled for you. 16. Even though we allow post-bowling and pre-bowling, you are required to have at least one person on your team to bowl on the scheduled night. If you do not have a team member present on the scheduled night to bowl, you will forfeit all games for that night. (Exception - if ALL members pre-bowl, the games will not be forfeited). 17. You cannot have all substitutes on the night of bowling. You must have at least one member from your team present and bowling. 18.
