All that real property located in the unincorporated portion of the County of El Dorado, State of California, being a portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17 and a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, T. 10 N., R. 11 E., M.D.M., and also being a portion of that certain property described as "Exhibit 'B'" in the deed executed on September 16, 1996 and found in book 4783 at page 746 of the Official records ofEI Dorado County and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of the property described herein, being the Northwest comer of said "Exhibit B", an open iron pipe stamped on the side RCE 21565, from which point the West 1/4 Comer of said Section 17 and East 1/4 Comer of Section 18 bears North 37°-10'-06" East 187.87 feet; thence from said point of beginning, along the northerly boundary of the property described herein, being the northerly boundary of said "Exhibit B" South 77°-22'-48" East 234.23 feet; thence leaving said northerly boundary South 24°-49'-59" West 23.22 feet to a 5/8" rebar with aluminum cap stamped R.C.E. 26342; thence South 10°-07'-12" East 154.41 feet to a 5/8" rebar with aluminum cap stamped R.C.E. 26342;
