RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AFFECTING SOLANO COUNTY TRANSIT OWNED REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF VALLEJO (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL No. 0059-162-010) WHEREAS, Solano County Transit (SolTrans) owns the real property described as 801 Curtola Parkway, Vallejo Solano County Assessor’s Parcel Number 0059-162-010; and WHEREAS, the City of Vallejo has requested SolTrans convey a public utility easement to the City of Vallejo for access to traffic signal infrastructure at the SolTrans Curtola Park and Ride Hub; and WHEREAS, the conveyance of the public utility easement will benefit SolTrans by 1) documenting the utility infrastructure; and 2) granting the City of Vallejo access for the maintenance and repair of the utility infrastructure within the property boundaries; and WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 37350 authorizes the SolTrans Board of Directors to grant and accept easement interests provided that the conveyance is in the public interest and it does not conflict with SolTrans’ use of the real property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Solano County Transit that executing the Easement Deed is in the public interest and will not conflict nor interfere with SolTrans’ use of the real property. FURTHER RESOLVED, the Executive Director is authorized to execute the Easement Deed to the City of Vallejo for utility purposes as well as any necessary, subsequent modifications or amendments to effectuate the intent of the Easement Deed. EXHIBIT “A” LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A CITY OF VALLEJO TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE EASEMENT

Being a portion of Lots 157 and 158 of Block 11, as shown on that certain Subdivision Map entitled “Starr Subdivision” filed for record August 8, 1919 in Book 5 of Maps at Page 29 in the Office of the County Recorder of Solano County, situate in the City of Vallejo, County of Solano, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
