ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY 211 PC – ROBBERY
Case #17-07765
On 6-2-17 (Friday), at around 11 PM, the victim drove by the above two suspects (S1/S2) at the Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista. Although unknown to each other, the victim and suspects exchanged negative comments. A few minutes later they came face to face across the street, near the Navy Federal Credit Union at 1450 Eastlake Pkwy. S1 and S2, who were significantly bigger in size, reengaged the victim in an intimidating manner. While towering over and pushing against the victim, S1 pulled the victims gold chain from his neck and subsequently left the scene with S2.
