January 3, 2017 Morrisville Town Council 100 Town Hall Drive Morrisville, NC 27560 Subject: Proposed Conditions, Town of Morrisville Conditional Zoning Request Honorable Mayor and Town Council, In conjunction with the Town of Morrisville’s request to rezone its properties located at 228 and 226 Church Street from Town Center Residential to Conditional-Town Center Residential we propose the following conditions: 1. A parking lot shall be permitted as a principal use with Minor Site Plan approval by Town staff. 2. Any parking lot constructed on the property shall be developed in substantial conformance with the sketch plan prepared by Real Engineering and dated November 3, 2017, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
