A message from Chaviva Lifson Executive Director of Kollel Torah MiTzion Montreal Dear Friends, We have a special opportunity to help out the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization, a group that does tremendous chessed for the families of soldiers who have fallen while defending the State of Israel. A group of 12 and 13 year olds (along with chaperones) will be coming to Montreal on their Bar/Bat Mitzvah trip. These children are all members of this organization through the loss of a parent. We ask the community to open their Kosher homes to them. Each host will have 3 students and one adult or chaperone. Thank you to Rabbi Reuben Poupko for giving us this opportunity to give back to the families who have already given us so much. If you are able to host, or would like more information, please contact Rabbi Poupko at
[email protected]. Thank you so much for your help and Tizku L'Mitzvot!
