FORMING NEW CHAIR TEAMS … It’s that time of year when we need to start forming our new chair teams. These people put the chairs DOWN (normally on Sat. morning or evening) to prepare for Sunday morning. There are usually 6-8 people on each team, so it only takes about an hour to get the job done and they only serve ONE time per month. If you would like to serve in this ministry, please complete the enclosed insert and place it in the offering TODAY.

SUNDAY MORNING YOUTH SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER … Sr. Hi students - If you are in grades 9-12 (Sr Hi), you are invited to participate in the Sr. Hi study during the service in the Grace Rev. Room (upstairs) for the month of September. We will be traveling through some of the Pauline Epistles this year and learning about the mind of Christ, freedoms we have as believers, brotherly love, Grace through Christ and much more.
If you are scheduled to work in the Nursery or 2’s & 3’s, please be in the classroom and ready to receive children by 9:45 a.m. Thank you!

ANNUAL TEEN/FAMILY COOKOUT … NEXT SUNDAY, AUGUST 27TH FROM 5:00 TO 6:30 PM (ISH) PARENTS OF 7TH THROUGH 12TH GRADERS … are highly encouraged to come out and hear what has been happening and what is being planned for the youth this coming year. Join us for grilled chicken and a great time of fellowship. Parents of Jr. Hi (ers), please plan on bringing a dessert to share. Parents of Sr. Hi (ers), please plan on bringing a side dish to share. The Youth group will provide the main meal and the drinks. Feel free to come out earlier and enjoy some backyard games.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS … Our next “membership” classes will be held on Sunday, Sept 3rd, 10th & 17th (3 classes). To become a member of Grace, you MUST attend ALL THREE of the membership classes listed above. If interested in becoming a member, please complete the enclosed insert and place it in the offering bag TODAY.
BAPTISM CLASS … Our next Baptism service will be on Sunday, Oct 1st. We will have baptism classes on Sunday, Sept 17th and 24th. To get baptized, you only need to attend ONE class. If interested in getting baptized, please complete the enclosed insert and place it in the offering bag TODAY.

TUESDAY NIGHTS (AWANA) POSITIONS NEEDED ... We need energetic adults who love children and want to reach kids for the gospel of Christ. Experience is NOT needed — but lots of love, patience and enthusiasm is. AWANA is every Tuesday evening starting from Sept.—April.
