Program is restricted for only Auto Technology students Admission to this program depends on successful completion of a mechanical aptitude test. Students can not register for any AUTO courses until they pass the aptitude test. Please contact LuAnn Gallup at 717-780-2411 to schedule the aptitude test. Once the aptitude test is complete, students must then meet with the program coordinator, Jeff Gieniec,
[email protected] before enrollment can begin. Most AGM courses are offered in four to eight week block schedules. Students will be able to register online for several courses (AGM 101, 105) at the same time as long as the student has already taken AGM 101 or is registered for AGM 101. Same theory applies to AGM 103 and AGM 107. Students will be able to register online for several courses (AGM 103, 107) at the same time as long as the student has already taken AGM 101 or is registered for AGM 101. In order for a student to enroll online students will need a teaching faculty member, faculty counselor or professional advisor to perform a pre-requisite override. One 1 credit PE/Wellness (W) course is required. See HACC website, www.hacc.edu for current list of Wellness courses. One 3 credit Diversity (D) course is required for graduation. General Education Core Requirements can be used to complete this requirement. See HACC website, www.hacc.edu for current list of Diversity courses. Make sure student takes a Diversity course as one of their transfer electives or as an appropriate Core A or Core B that will also work for their transfer college. Program offered day with some evening options. A coop is required at a GM dealer. Please consult your Faculty Advisor for details. Core elective requirements may vary each academic year. Please go to www.hacc.edu to view a current list. May be replaced with a higher level math course offering. For example: MATH 103, MATH 104, MATH 119, MATH 121
