Add and subtract a pair of 2-digit and 3-digit numbers.
Rounding numbers.
Number bonds.
Number sequences.
Art – Monster design; illuminated letters and work related to History topic. Some of the work covered in topic maths this half term will include Technology – Happy Family Books, Quizzes and moving circuits R.E. – Northern Saints and monastic life.
Place value of numbers up to 1000 and 10000.
Ordering and rounding numbers to 1000 and 10000.
Ordering positive and negative numbers.
Real life problems involving money up to £1, converting pounds to pence, recording using the decimal point.
Roman Numerals

Shape – Describing 3D and 2D shapes including tetrahedron, heptagon, equilateral triangles and isosceles triangles.
Classifying shapes by right angles, regularity and symmetry.
