Autumn Leaves Burlap Runner Designed by Wendy Prather of our Northgate store Supplies: 20 inches by 60 inches of burlap 4 yards of ½ inch wide ribbon 3 cotton fat quarters 1 ½ yards Ultra Heat-n-Bond
Pull one strand the full width of the burlap to straighten out both sides. Mark the burlap 2 inches from the edges all the way around. Sew the ribbon onto the burlap, following the marks. Iron the fat quarters onto the Heat-n-Bond. Trace a leaf pattern onto the Heat-n-Bond. You will need 4 leaves of each color. Cut them out, and peel the paper off the back. Arrange the leaves in a serpentine down the length of the runner, over-lapping them as you go. Press the leaves onto the burlap, making sure they are adhered well. Enjoy!
