Cancellation  Policy:  

By  6:00pm  hotel  time  48  hours  prior  to  the  arrival  date,  penalty  one  night’s  charge.

*  If  your  property  was  activated  into  the  Central  Reservation  System  after  May  1,  2016,  the  LDK  rate  code  will   not  apply  to  your  property.  Reservations  made  on  Orbitz.com  are  now  powered  via  the  Expedia  booking   platform.  Therefore,  there  is  no  need  to  build  out  the  LDK  rate  code  in  this  instance  since  reservations  will  be   delivered  via  the  Expedia  promotional  rate  codes.

 

  Please  note:  The  above  rate  codes  are  re-­‐used  for  all  Brand-­‐wide  promotions.    If  already  built  out  in  your  Property  Management  System  (PMS),  please   update  the  derived  percentage  off  BAR  and  adjust  the  minimum  length  of  stay  (LOS)  to  one  night.     1.   If  utilizing  a  PMS  with  a  two-­‐way  interface  to  the  Global  Central  Reservation  System   –  powered  by  Sabre,  please  build  the  corresponding   rate  codes  in  your  PMS  and  then  advise  your  Member  Care  Manager  or  Brand  Support  Representative  so  that  we  may  update  the  mapping   of  your  rate  codes.   2.   If  you  are  participating  in  an  extranet  agreement  with  an  OTA  (such  as  Booking.com),  please  make  sure  that  you  provide  them  with  the   same  promotional  offer  to  maintain  parity.    Failure  to  do  so  may  result  in  your  property’s  listing  being  pulled  from  their  site.   3.   If   you   are   set   up   on   a   Booking.com   XML   direct   connect,   please   make   sure   that   you   build   the   same   promotional   offer   in   the   Booking.com   extranet.    Please  advise  your  Member  Care  Manager  or  Brand  Support  Representative  of  the  Booking.com  promotional  rate  code  so  that   we  may  update  the  mapping  of  your  rate  codes.   4.   Blackout   dates   are   permissible,   but   we   ask   that   you   please   keep   these   to   a   minimum.     Setting   allotments   is   preferred   rather   than   closing   out   the   rate   codes   entirely.     If   you   need   assistance   setting   allotments,   please   contact   your   Member   Care   Manager   or   Brand   Support   Representative.   5.   The  promotional  offer  may  also  be  extended  to  guests  booking  property  direct.    The  promotional  offer  is  not  required  to  be  booked  online   or  voice  center  only.    Please  notify  your  front  desk  staff  of  offer  details.     We  look  forward  to  this  being  another  successful  promotional  campaign.    Thank  you  for  your  participation!
