Amazon Web Services logo proposal: Social Media
Today Today, we do not have a social media friendly size or version of our logo as we cannot use the overly generic block singularly and the text in our logo doesn’t scale ‘web services’ is currently the equivalent of 3.5pt font in our Twitter profile image.
With the proposed logo The proposed logo provides an icon version that is recognizable at a small scale while being distinct in the market at a larger scale.

Amazon Web Services logo proposal: AWS Management Console
Today Today, both the desktop and mobile versions of the AWS Management Console contrain little to no branding. It is currently unrecognizable what company these are affiliated with to an unknowing user. The decision to exclude AWS branding from the console experience was a technical design decision, as the logo is not recognizable when scaled to provide the optimal user experience.
With the proposed logo The proposed logo enables branding in the console by offering a recognizable icon size. It is usable and readable in both the mobile and desktop versions of the console experience.
