TEAM YEARBOOK PAGE DUE NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, OCT. 22TH
IMPORTANT: Do not wait until the last minute to start taking photos. Start Now. You are encouraged to turn your page in as early as possible, No later than the deadline. You will be emailing your FINAL completed yearbook page content to Maria Peña at [email protected]. If you have any questions at all, please do not wait to ask them feel free to email me at the above address anytime. Any pages submitted after the Division pages are finished will not be accepted. It is very important that you submit your page on time. Please compose your email as follows: TO: [email protected] Subject: Division, Team number, team name (example: U06B13 Green Ninjas Yearbook Page) Using the above reference will allow me to better track your submissions and respond to any questions you may have quickly. Below are guidelines to follow in order to complete the yearbook page. Please make sure the person who volunteers to do your yearbook page gathers the team content and submits the information as requested below. What needs to be added on the Team page Check List? Team Name: ____ Div. /Team #: _____ Team Picture: _____ Coach Name: _____ Assist. Coach: _____ Player Names: _____ Team Manager Name: _____ Sponsor if you have one: _____ 1. You will need to add your own Team Picture. Name the kids as they are on the team picture. Leave one inch on all sides of the page. 2. Please try to add everyone on your team on the collage part of the page. 3. If you are going to do a scrapbook type of page please keep it within the template when completing your picture collage. Please TYPE in your team information as hand written team pages will not be accepted. Send me an email so we can arrange a meeting place. 4. It is better to email me the yearbook page PDF format, but if you are not able to then word is fine. 5. We will have someone going around taking pictures for our collage division pages but if they are not wearing a board shirt please ask them what they are doing. This is your team page so have fun with it.
