AYSO Region 583 South Ontario Fall 2017 Season Sponsor Form Everyone Plays X Balanced Teams X Open Registration X Positive Coaching X Good Sportsmanship X Player Development X South Ontario Region 583 is in its 29th year providing soccer fun and competition for our youngsters. AYSO's Vision is to provide world class youth soccer programs that enrich children’s lives. AYSO's Mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies as shown above. AYSO is a total volunteer organization. It operates throughout the United States at a grass roots level. Our R eferees, Coaches, the Regional Board and all the many other volunteers give freely of their time and talents for the kids. However, there are recurrent costs involved in running the region each year. In 2016 we had nearly 800 players registered with our region. The registration fee charged each player only covers about 80% of the actual costs involved in running the program. This is where your help comes in. In order to keep the cost of playing as low as possible we rely on the merchants and businesses in the area to help support the organization. Your tax-deductible donation will assist in sponsoring one of our teams. You or your company will also have the satisfaction of helping the kids in our community. Listed below are the sponsor opportunities: TEAM SPONSOR ($150.00 or more) - This is a full team sponsorship. Your name or your company name will be displayed on the team banner; you will receive a Team Sponsor plaque with a picture of the team showing you as sponsor and a sponsor ‘Thank You’ letter indicating your deductible donation amount. And remember, AYSO is a nonprofit organization; therefore your contribution is fully tax-deductible. Next January, you will receive a letter from our Regional Treasurer indicating the amount of your contribution and the AYSO tax identification number for your records.
