Learn how to make real maple syrup as we touch briefly on the history of syrup production, discuss tree identification, learn about tree tapping and the collection and processing of sap into syrup. Cost: $10/person. Gardening in Orange County subscribers receive a 20% discount. Space is limited, so please register early to avoid disappointment. Registration deadline is January 5, 2018.
