1/2 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened, sulfite free) 1 large unpeeled organic red apple, grated 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly coat a large glass casserole dish or baking pan with olive oil or coconut oil. 3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 4. Pour mixture in the casserole dish or baking pan. Place in oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Prepare the night before! Add all the dry ingredients together (oats, nuts, cranberries). Add liquid ingredients prior to baking. Organic Gala apples are great to use. You may substitute brown rice syrup for pure maple syrup If you have a gluten or wheat allergy; be sure that all canned and packaged products are manufactured in a gluten-free facility.
