Bank Draft Gift Form Thank you for making the commitment to the Father Ryan Annual Fund through this reoccuring gift program. Please complete the information below, and we will process your request. Father Ryan offers the option to have your Annual Fund contribution deducted directly from your checking account. If you wish to begin or change automatic withdrawal, please complete the information below and submit to the Advancement Office. Monthly withdrawals occur on either the 15th or 30th of the month. If you are a new user or changing your banking information, please attach a voided check (not a deposit slip). The automatic withdrawals will remain in effect until written instructions are provided otherwise.
