SCSU BASKETBALL DAY CAMP General Information The day camp will focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball through individual and group drills. Skill tests will be performed daily utilizing the fundamentals worked on during camp. The camp begins on Monday July 11 and concludes on Friday July 15. Awards will be given out at a special ceremony on Friday July 15 at 12:00pm in the Halenbeck Hall main gym, parents are encouraged to attend. Online registration is available at www.scsuhuskiessportcamps.com under Men’s Basketball.
Eligibility All boys and girls who have completed grades 3 - 9 can attend this camp.
Fee The fee for the camp is $175 for each child. This fee includes a T-shirt, lunch Monday - Thursday, and awards. Registration deadline is June 24, a $25 service charge will be withheld on all refunds.
Equipment Campers must provide their own shorts, T-shirts, and shoes for the daily activity.

An athletic trainer will be available at all times.
Insurance All campers must carry their own insurance. SCSU will not be responsible for injuries sustained at camp.

Matt Reimer SCSU Men’s Head Coach Matt is in his 2nd season as a head coach after spending 17 seasons as an assistant. Reimer served two seasons as a graduate assistant before becoming a full-time assistant. He graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he played basketball for two years. Matt is a native of Elkader, Iowa. In addition to St Cloud State coaches, camp participants will be coached by St. Cloud State University players and area high school coaches.
