You're going to need to sprint up and down the court, shuffle defensively, and jump to get your shot over towering defenders. That's why Georgia Kings Basketball has partnered with Q-The Trainer and Just Fitness to help players interested in our program get in shape before tryouts." Q-The Trainer is a Certified Fitness Trainer & former college/overseas basketball player. A few of the fitness training activities to be included are:

Basketball vertical jump workout (bar bell, jump squat, high box jump, etc.) Basketball upper body & core workout (bench press, leg rotation, etc.) Basketball explosive strength workout (box/crossover lunge, etc.)
