How Much? The Trip is FREE! This form is due Sunday, October 9th.
We will have a mandatory meeting for all participants Sunday, October 9th at 10 am in the Red River Ballroom. Sunday, October 16th is a Do Good Day for the Simple Church, so we will take a group to Baton Rouge for the weekend to help with flood relief! We are staying at Parkview Baptist Church for free and they are providing meals, so we would love you and your family to come serve together. We will be cleaning affected houses and hanging drywall (no experience needed). We will leave Saturday, October 15th at 8:00 am and return Sunday, October 16th around 6 pm.

Food? We will stop and eat fast food on the way to Baton Rouge, then dinner Saturday will be provided by Parkview Baptist Church, as will breakfast Sunday. Lunch will be fast food on the way home. (Money needed approx $20)
Who? Students and their families The trip is open to any 6th -12th grade student and their families. The deadline to sign up is Sunday, October 9th.
Parent’s Permission Form My student has permission to go to the Baton Rouge Mission trip in Baton Rouge, LA from October 15th - 16th with the Simple Church Student Ministry. I do not hold Simple Church liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses incurred during this trip. I understand that I am responsible for the expenses of my student’s medical care and that my family insurance is primary. No other insurance is provided.
