Additional Stations: Helmet, Shoulder pads and pant fitting stations will be completed as groups that are not involved in evaluation stations. Need 2 persons fitting and 1 person recording at each location.
Scoring sheets: Champions will provide customized scoring sheets for each station.
Final grade: Champions staff will need to meet and process results. Until we see all the athletes in each age category, we will not know what an “8” is vs. what a “6” is. We will simply add up the six scores that were given to each player for each event, then divide by six. The goal is for this to take place immediately after the event and to have results in the hands of the coaches later in the evening. However, we may need more time, in which case we will process Monday (6/2), input numbers into Excel, and return to LYAA and BAYAA as soon as possible. REQUIRED ITEMS: CLEATS, SHORTS, BIG SMILES AND BAG FULL OFF FUN **ALL PARENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO REMAIN IN THE STANDS DURING THE EVALUATION.
