Before, During and After Events Objectives step 1 | l e a r n as they watch the Before, During and after events 7-minute Starter presentation, students will learn ways in which to photograph an entire event to tell a story and gain key ideas for photographing an event.
step 2 | P r a c t i c e Students will take photos before, during and after an event within one week of this lesson and upload the photos to the appropriate folder(s).
step 3 | u s e Students will use photos on a spread to tell a complete story of an event.
21st Century Skills This assignment requires students to take responsibility for thoroughly covering an event for coverage in the publication. Students must plan ahead, communicate with participants and take ownership for getting all the necessary photos.
