Bel Air Junior Wrestling “Bel Air Brawl” Novice Tournament January 14, 2018 Limited to the first 300 entrants
Bel Air High School 100 Heighe St. Bel Air, MD 21014 Directions: Exit 77 off of I-95. Proceed on Rt. 24N approx. 5 miles. Turn right onto Baltimore Pike (Rte. 1). Proceed approx. 1/2 mile. Turn Right onto Heighe St. (T&D Bank on the corner). School is on the right. Proceed to the rear of the school for parking and entrance to the tournament.

TOTS (Ages 5-6) 6:30 AM-8:00 AM SHARP TOTS (Ages 5-6) 9:00 AM BANTAM (Ages 7-8) 6:30 AM-8:00 AM SHARP BANTAM (Ages 7-8) 9:00 AM MIDGET (AGES 9-10) 10:30 AM-11:30 SHARP MIDGET (AGES 9-10) 12:30 PM JUNIOR (AGES 11-12) 12:30 PM-1:30 PM SHARP JUNIOR (AGES 11-12) 2:30 PM SCHOOLBOY (AGES 13-14) 12:30-1:30 SHARP SCHOOLBOY (AGES 13-14) 2:30 PM ALL SCALES WILL BE CLOSED AT DESIGNATED TIMES NOTE: Age of a wrestler is based on how old they are as of the date of the tournament. Proof of age may be required of any wrestler at Commissioner’s discretion. RULES: • This event is for NOVICE wrestlers only. Novice Wrestlers are generally in their first or second year. Wrestlers with more than 2 years’ experience are based on Coaches discretion. • Wrestlers should be completed in (3) hours per age groups. (Estimated) • At the start of each session, wrestlers will be lined up by weight and grouped into four person brackets to wrestle in a round robin (Intent is to provide a minimum 3 matches per wrestler) • Singlets are required to wrestle • Headgear is mandatory Contact: Jonny Pocalyko • Professional referees will be used [email protected] • All bouts will be 1-1-1 (1 minute periods) - Overtime if needed (443) 690-5384
