In 2012 the Chamber had a change in leadership. CEO Tim O’Donoghue (right) moved on from the organization and new CEO Jeff Golightly (left) was hired. This photo was taken at a staff social hour welcoming Jeff and saying farewell to Tim.
Our Town Square Ambassadors spend the day greeting and helping visitors in summer months. Volunteers are very popular with visitors for providing directions, information about events, and taking photos beneath the iconic elk antler arches.
In order to accomplish our short and long term goals we have hired new staff since our last application. Pictured left to right: Rachel Smith – Destination Sales Coordinator, Renee Leone – Events Coordinator, Justin Walters – Lead Visitor Services Agent, Jill Hiatt – Visitor Services Agent.
In our efforts to form a Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) we hired consultant David Radcliffe to assess our community’s needs.
