How about a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's? 2/5/2013 2:06 PM View respondent's answers Lack of good town indoor pool and gym. The gym at the school is cramped and dark. Excercise classes could be more varied. 2/4/2013 10:22 AM View respondent's answers if we could have the U of M buses, pick up town cits, who are not students, that would be better. 2/3/2013 8:10 AM View respondent's answers A farmer's market located IN THE TOWN, or in walking distance of the town (perhaps at the town center, or BWES) would be ideal and would help residence shop for and eat healthier foods. 2/1/2013 9:22 AM View respondent's answers

The disposal of hazardous waste should be available within Berwyn Heights we should not have to go elsewhere for this 2/15/2013 4:03 PM View respondent's answers Bamboo & ivy can be rampant in parts of BH. I think proper landscaping could alleviate flooding, especially since we generally have clay soil that doesn't help with the flooding. 2/6/2013 1:08 PM View respondent's answers unanswered quetsions, mostly I don't know ... 2/5/2013 2:06 PM View respondent's answers Multiple homes that run their waste water (e.g. washing machines) direcly into storm drains that needs to stop! 2/3/2013 6:27 PM View respondent's answers I am worried about drainage, no sidewalks.. I think the Green Team, should have a program, where its members pick up litter. 2/3/2013 8:10 AM View respondent's answers Invasive plants seem to be somewhat of an issue around the Lake. Also as a resident I actually have no idea how much pesticides and/or fertilizers are used. I'm against them, most of the time, for the sake of

A seed exchange would be nice. 2/6/2013 8:32 PM View respondent's answers We were part of a CSA last year, but we got a lot of daikon throughout the season, and the other lack of variety caused us not to reenroll. Would probably try again. I'd like to garden more (we have the space in our yard & a compost bin), but I kill everything due to lack of knowledge. I tried last year but squirrels ate everything. No fault but my own. 2/6/2013 1:08 PM View respondent's answers There is a farmers market at Ellen Linson, very close. 2/4/2013 10:22 AM View respondent's answers back yard or front yard gardens of vegs, is better. that is the ultimate local food. 2/3/2013 8:10 AM View respondent's answers Community Agriculture programs should provide options for small house holds (23 adults). Most current programs appear to be geared towards families, and have more food than a small household needs. 1/29/2013 9:00 PM View respondent's answers classes on invasive species and control 1/29/2013 3:55 PM View respondent's answers

If I didn't provide an answer, it's because I don't know the answer. A fourth option (Don't Know/Unaware of problem) should have been included. 2/15/2013 4:03 PM View respondent's answers would not wish to be on any group because in the last few years council members change the focus to suit there needs not the towns 2/15/2013 3:31 PM View respondent's answers Would want to see particular attention given to Indian Creek, its pollutant sources upstream including mitigation efforts concerning the proposed new development of Greenbelt Station 2/12/2013 9:03 AM View respondent's answers You already have me on board!! 2/6/2013 8:32 PM View respondent's answers If it helps to report this on behalf of the town, my husband and I just purchased a Nissan Leaf (an allelectric vehicle). We charge it off of our house at night, and our electricity is all wind powersupplied. (We've also registered our charger nationally, so anyone else can use our house charger if it's available.) We try to take numerous other steps to limit our footprint on the earth. Proper gardening & landscaping would be our next steps. Thank you for your work on this! 2/6/2013 1:08 PM View respondent's answers
