Sequal is a wholly owned subsidiary company formed by BCHA as a Social Enterprise in June 2006. Its purpose is to provide an alternative funding stream to BCHA and other charities, and to provide employment opportunities for service users. Sequal has an annual turnover of over £1.8 million and employs over 100 staff in 3 areas: -Staffing and Recruitment -Childcare -Foundations
